We hope you never have to return or exchange any of your Lash Domain® purchases, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please allow us to make it up to you! Your satisfaction is very important to us. Most item(s) may be returned for a refund
within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise with an approved Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. The items must be returned in the original, unopened,
unused package condition. Please note our Return Policy below for product specific
guidelines and restrictions:

General Return Policy:
_ A 15% restocking fee and S&H will be assessed on all returned merchandise when opting
for return to original payment other than store credit. The restocking fee will
be waived if return is due to our error or product defect.
_ Enjoy hassle-free returns when returning for store credit. Your item(s) are eligible
for a full refund, less S&H, when opting to receive store credit. The store credit
will be applied to the user account for future use.
_ All unused items are exchangeable within 10 days of the item's delivery.
_ For hygienic reasons, lashes that have been removed from the packaging will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
_ Any defective items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 10 days of the items' delivery.
_ Accessories are not refundable or exchangeable.
_ Shipping & handling, taxes and duties cannot be reimbursed.
_ Please contact our returns and exchanges department at [email protected] prior to returning your items.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Please follow the instructions below:
1. Email us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). We will email you
an RMA number and instructions for the return within 24-48 hours.
2. Fill out the approved
RMA form that has been emailed or provided to you and include it with your return.
3. Carefully package the unused item(s) you wish to return. Write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box/envelope.
4. Mail the package back to the Lash Domain® warehouse address on your RMA. We also
recommend that you insure your package.
